Fanuel Mguni

Fanuel is a qualified accountant with more than 15 years post-qualification experience. He spent 8 years with a Big-Four audit firm where he served his articles. He later rose to Audit supervisory & management positions.
After articles and a solid 8-year career in audit and advisory, Fanuel briefly took a 2-year detour to work in financial management in industry, in the FMCG sector. Here, his main duties included setting the financial strategy, overseeing the treasury function, restructuring the business model as well as operational financial management.
Subsequent to that, he returned to professional services, working for a Big 6 global accounting firm for two years before leaving effectively by mid-2017 to start FMA Auditors and its sister consultancy, FRM Accounting & Business Solutions.
Fanuel has delivered on several assignments in South Africa as well as other countries in Africa.
Mandla Madlala

Mandla has extensive experience in financial reporting across a number of reporting regimes including IFRS. He also has wide range of industry experience in managing finance projects such as setting up controls and reporting processes, maximizing business efficiency using 6-Sigma, ensuring compliance for his clients as well as corporate finance as a sell side consultant. A holder of MBA from the University of Manchester Business School, Mandla is an experienced business and strategy consultant.
Mandla has worked for international organizations in the UK and Netherlands managing finance teams and finance projects
